A software was developed in the LabVIEW environment for real-time control of two stepper motors, connected to a computer via a DAQ acquisition board. These motors are employed in a Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) system to control the movement of the substrate, allowing displacements in the plane perpendicular to the direction of plume expansion. The software enables variation in motion velocity and duration at each deposition point, ensuring full coverage of the substrates, as well as control over deposition time and film thickness
