The primary goal of the TRIGGER project is to identify, monitor, and measure the direct and indirect effects of Climate-Change induced environmental hazards on human health. This will be achieved through the direct collection of health, weather-climate, environmental, and socio-economic data using user-friendly tools such as low-cost sensors, simplified models, and a data hub. This deliverable titled “TRIGGER platform interfaces document” (D7.5) is an output of Task 7.4 and it is based on the previous deliverable about the system architecture (D7.1)
