L'ascolto e la partecipazione di bambini e ragazzi come valore aggiunto nelle politiche pubbliche

Nowadays is essential to involve children and adolescents within decisions that affect their life, their family context, their community to make them able to express one of their fundamental rights: participation right, as established by the UN Convention on the Rights of Children and Adolescents, reaffirmed by the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and Youth2030. This working paper, submitted one year after the memorandum of understanding between UNICEF Italia and Inapp, consists of a desk review updated with a thorough analysis of documents, indicators and guidelines concerning child participation in the light of national and european strategies, such as the recent Child Guarantee. Additionally, the study is preliminary to a more in-depth analysis about the development of public policies, targeted to children and adolescents and implemented in different territories of our country.
