The contents of the D6.1 – Performance testing in real operation –prototype validation has been developed in the related deliverables from WP3: • D3.1 Optimization of the hybrid heat pump configuration and control strategy through dynamic modelling under different scenarios Dynamic modelling of the hybrid heat pump by means of commercial software and optimization of the configuration, with particular attention paid to modularity features and control strategies. • D3.2 First design of the modular hybrid heat pump Design of the modular hybrid heat pump, with advanced performance in terms of power density and efficiency. • D3.3 Experimental characterization of the hybrid heat pump module Experimental characterization of the hybrid heat pump module under real operating conditions, to draw a performance map. Testing under off-design severe working conditions and experimental validation of different implemented management strategies. • D3.4 Design review of the hybrid heat pump Final design review of the full-scale hybrid heat pump according to the obtained experimental outcomes. • D3.5 Manufacturing and commissioning of the full-scale hybrid heat pump Manufacturing of each component and realization of the full-scale hybrid heat pump for testing in the demo sites. Commissioning at the FAH premise to verify hydraulic, mechanical and electrical functionalities.
