Progetto THUMBS UP - D1.2 THUMBS-UP KPI PANEL AND DEMO/SIMULATION STRATEGY BASED ON PRELIMINARY PERFORMANCE MODELLING - RE-79/24

The second part of the Task was conceived as a fi rst planning activity to support the future demo implementation phase. Accordingly, it focused on the following aspects: - Identifi cation of the roles for the demos’ management; - Defi nition of preliminary simplifi ed P&IDs for the demo integration, comprising main components and sensors for data monitoring; - Drafting a fi rst GANTT for each demo implementation activity. A list of roles for each demo, such as demo responsible, local technical team, design and modelling support etc, was defi ned and a reference person appointed by each involved partner. Similarly, a replication demo responsible table was defi ned for the two replication sites already defi ned. This document will remain shared on the project’ repository and updated, whenever necessary, to help the WP4 implementation, directly identifying the contacts for each demo. The preliminary integration schematics in each demo were then defi ned along with the list of sensors that are expected to be installed at system level, to properly monitor the defi ned KPIs. These schematics consider the current planned demo implementation and will be the starting point to fi nalise the engineering of the demo sites in the next phases of the project. Eventually, an analysis of the decisions taken so far for the demo design was performed and a preliminary GANTT of the next actions foreseen for each demo implementation was derived. Also in this case, the document is considered as a living document, that will be maintained active on the project shared folder, to be updated as soon as the WP4 activities will be launched.
