This deliverable documents the work within the MOLAB Transnational Access (TNA) program in theIPERION HS project during the period M28-48. Herein the relevant operations that were carried out in WP4 MOLAB: access to mobile laboratories to provide selected User groups through competitive calls with on-site access to non-invasive portable instrumentation and competences are described. The operations of the userhelpdesk and internal platform helpdesk as a support to users at each step of the MOLAB experience from project application to project completion and fulfilling of post- access duties is documented (T4.1). The assessment of projects chosen by the Peer Review Panel in the fifth and sixth calls are chronicled in detail, along with the objectives and content of all the 16 projects that were provided with access inclusive of previous calls. The organization and efforts of each access provider (including the number of Users and the days of access) are provided with an overview of the main outcomes that were attained (T4.2). Activities of outreach and dissemination carried out by the MOLAB providing teams and Users are outlined (T4.3). Crucial elements of data management could be elaborated through the implemented report for Users (T4.4). Finally, all MOLAB access activities could be monitored according to the quality system and set key performace indicators, where the MOLAB TNA program was successfully completed.
