IPERION HS D.4.1 MOLAB First Access Report

This deliverable documents the organization and implementation of procedures, functioning, findings, and results developed during the period M1-27 of WP4 MOLAB: access to mobile laboratories. Where the COVID-19 pandemic heavily influenced access provision being executed for travel limitations much effort was placed on establishing and implementing an integrated set of procedures within the entire IPERION HS Transnational Access (TNA) program also comprising the ARCHLAB (WP2) and FIXLAB (WP3) platforms as overseen and secured by the Central Activities of WP8 (T8.1). Information herein is given regarding the largely automated practical operation yet with specific regards to the MOLAB Calls, from the website’s catalogue of services, the online application of proposals and dashboard to the operations and functioning of the helpdesk (T4.1). Efforts relative to the steps involved in the selection process by which proposed projects submitted during this period were evaluated, selected and executed are importantly outlined (T4.2). The outreach of MOLAB and its activities (T4.3) during this period are outlined as too are the all too important aspects for data management (T4.4). Finally, for the different facilities that compose the MOLAB platform, the activities of each access provider and the effective use of the MOLAB platform, including projects implemented, days of access, objectives of the work and results achieved are herein reported.
