The deliverable "Prototype Studies on Data Structuration and Interfacing with EOSC" (D5.6) builds upon the principles established in D5.2, a key component of Work Package 5 (WP5). WP5 focuses on developing innovative methods and tools for managing and analyzing complex data in digital humanities and heritage science. D5.6 specifically addresses the practical implementation of these principles, aiming to create prototypes that demonstrate their effective use for actual data integration. Building on the foundation of D5.2, which outlined the principles for integrating heterogeneous data sources, D5.6 developed a prototype for data management strategies based on the concept of overlapping "regions of interest," bridging different disciplines and data production contexts. The prototypes developed in D5.6 will showcase the practical application of these integration mechanisms, providing a tangible demonstration of how data can be structured, described, and linked across platforms and disciplines. This will contribute to improving data accessibility, interoperability, and reusability within the EOSC, ultimately benefiting researchers, conservators, and other stakeholders in the heritage science domain. This work aligns with the broader goals of initiatives like ARIADNE, IPERION CH, PARTHENOS, SSHOC, and ARIADNE+, and adheres to relevant international standards and practices promoted by organizations like EOSC, RDA, and DARIAH ERIC.

Abstract
This work aligns with the broader goals of initiatives like ARIADNE, IPERION CH, PARTHENOS, SSHOC, and ARIADNE+, and adheres to relevant international standards and practices promoted by organizations like EOSC, RDA, and DARIAH ERIC.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
