Multi-channel temporal signal annotation for training predictive models requires open source software tools that are easy to use and adaptable to different real-world applications. This is especially true in the analysis of biological and medical signals, where the annotation process is not carried out by data scientists. Therefore, this technical report proposes an open source Python software package that allows the annotation of time signals through the use of an intuitive graphical interface. In particular, the annotation of the refluxes in a ph-impedance signal has been taken as a case study.
