Bibliographic research and advice on the Stato Of The Art on surface treatments for the improvement of polymer-metal-joints, with specific focus on the Cu-PPS System. This manuscript is the deliverable of a counseling contract between Tetra Pak and ISSMC-CNR (purchase Order 700382294). The interest of Tetra Pak is focused on surface treatments that could improve the interfaaces between copper (Cu) substrates and poly(p-phenylenesulfide (PPS) formed by molding. Currently, adhesion and dielectric strength between Cu and PPS is not sufficient and needs improvements.

Abstract
Bibliographic research and advice on the Stato Of The Art on surface treatments for the improvement of polymer-metal-joints, with specific focus on the Cu-PPS System. This manuscript is the deliverable of a counseling contract between Tetra Pak and ISSMC-CNR (purchase Order 700382294). The interest of Tetra Pak is focused on surface treatments that could improve the interfaaces between copper (Cu) substrates and poly(p-phenylenesulfide (PPS) formed by molding. Currently, adhesion and dielectric strength between Cu and PPS is not sufficient and needs improvements.File in questo prodotto:
