RISIS WP22 Deliverable 22.2 Analysis of changes linked to new coverage

This Deliverable provides a detailed discussion on the enlargement processes and extensions that have been conducted for the two datasets - EUPRO and JoREP - to make them fit for more thorough and robust investigations of Europeanization patterns and dynamics. This involves, on the one hand, the inclusion of further European and transnational research funding programmes in the two datasets to increase their coverage, and, by this, to be able to provide a richer and more comprehensive picture on Europeanization. On the other hand, it has also included the conceptual and technical advancement of the datasets from a database design perspective, enabling the modular integration of additional subsets of data, and to make the datasets usable for the research community via the RISIS platform. The latter point involves issues like data updating, extensive data cleaning, robustness and quality checking, providing metadata for users.
