The present document provides a critical review for a Life Cycle Assessment on a bovine burger. The examined Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) report evaluates the environmental impacts associated with the production of fresh meat, ready for further processing into burgers. According to such review, the present report and LCA structure is compliant with the ISO 14044:2006 and according to indications of ISO TS 14071:2014.
