In the four-monthly 4 (BM7-8), the activity carried out by the Operational Units followed the timeframe of the Project. In particular, CNR continued the activities for Milestone 3 “Production of green Hydrogen through electrolysis (T3.2 Sizing of the electrolyser and integration with systems for hydrogen purification and storage at model level) and Milestone 5 “Direct reduction experiments on selected pellets and conditions belonging to the multi-objective analyses” (T5.3 – Study in Laboratory scale plants carried out with “real" iron ore pellets, approaching industrial process conditions, for the determination of the reduction kinetic and the global reaction law). Then, the operational unit Università del Salento continued the activities with Milestone: 6 - Validation of the obtained results and development of the analytical model.
