This technical report describes the activities performed during the splashdown tests of the Nyx capsule. The tests were conducted according to a test matrix agreed upon with the customer, who provided the 3D design of the capsule. Based on the data provided by the customer, a scale factor λ=4 was established according to Froude similitude. The test model was therefore designed according to this scale, taking into account the physical characteristics (COG and MOI) and the communicated sensor positions.
