ITINERIS D1.3 Communication plan

The ITINERIS Communication Plan defines the strategic approach adopted to ensure effective communication, visibility, dissemination, and stakeholder engagement throughout the entire project lifecycle. The document establishes the communication objectives, identifies the main target audiences, and describes the tools, channels, and activities that will be implemented to promote the project and its results at national and European level.The Communication Plan also defines the governance structure and responsibilities related to communication activities, outlines the digital and traditional communication channels to be exploited, and provides guidance for dissemination and outreach initiatives. Furthermore, it establishes monitoring mechanisms and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of communication actions and ensure compliance with visibility and communication requirements established by the funding programme and the European Commission.
