During the E-RIHS Implementation Phase, a restyling of the visual identity was undertaken with the aim of preserving the E-RIHS identity while strengthening its overall reputation. Building on previous experience, the dedicated working group designed a new website intended to enhance connections within the E-RIHS community and to improve both the visibility and accessibility of E-RIHS facilities and services, thereby optimizing the user experience. To support the launch of the new website, the working group developed an online survey titled “Choose the perfect slogan, helping us to shape the future of E-RIHS.” The survey was addressed to the E-RIHS community and conceived as a participatory communication initiative. This report focuses specifically on the survey, providing a detailed analysis of its design, objectives, and outcomes as a communication tool. In particular, the survey aimed to reinforce E-RIHS identity, mission and vision, to increase community engagement, and to raise public awareness about the infrastructure and its activities.
