ITINERIS - Rapporto tecnico - Il sistema di governance, monitoraggio e controllo dei progetti PNRR per le Infrastrutture di Ricerca: il modello ITINERIS

This report presents the governance and monitoring model developed for the ITINERIS project to support the coordination of a large-scale, multi-partner research infrastructure. It describes the system’s organizational framework, operational functionalities, technological architecture, and innovative features, highlighting its role in ensuring effective monitoring, compliance, traceability, and informed decision-making. The report also outlines the main results achieved and discusses the model’s scalability and transferability to similar initiatives. Beyond ITINERIS, the proposed solution represents a replicable organizational and digital framework that can strengthen the management capacity of the CNR and other institutions coordinating complex research projects.
