The activity 11.3 “Financial management” was aimed at ensuring a sound financial management of the PNRR financing to I-PHOQS, consisting in: - prompt distribution to all OUs of their financing share; - define the templates for reporting and specific guidance about report procedures; - support the reporting procedure and train the partners in the correct reporting; - continuous monitoring of expenses, cash flows and accordance of the expenditures with the budget provisions; - collection, control and processing of all financial documentation for internal reporting and reporting to MUR; - early warning in case of deviations from budget provisions; - assistance to governance and partners for remediation; - reporting to MUR. The achievement of the intermediate objective IO.11.3.1 “Internal financial monitoring and reporting planned for the activity” 11.3 is described in the two following deliverables: D.11.3.1.1 “Financial internal reporting templates B2” and D.11.3.1.2 “Financial monitoring and internal report B3, B6, B9, B12, B15”.
