The Service Design Methodology MOOC is a digital learning resource developed within the PREVIEW project to support participants in online internship experiences by providing them with knowledge, methods, and tools related to Service Design. The MOOC offers an online learning pathway consisting of a series of video-based educational contents that introduce participants to the principles and approaches of Service Design. The methodology focuses on designing and improving services by considering users’ needs and experiences, encouraging a structured and user-centred approach to developing effective solutions. Thanks to its online format, the MOOC can be accessed flexibly and used as a complementary learning resource alongside the practical activities carried out within the PREVIEW online internships. It helps participants connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience while developing methodological skills that can be applied to the design, development, and improvement of services. Overall, the Service Design Methodology MOOC provides participants with a practical introduction to Service Design and supports the development of skills that can be transferred to different professional and organisational contexts.
