EUCLID Research Project RTP 10.14 - Optimal Techniques for Hull Geometry - MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE

This volume -V2- contains the structure of the management for the EUCLID RTP10.14, entitled "Optimal techniques for hull geometry". The management of this consortium will be made by INSEAN. The structure of the management is oriented toward a simple and efficient organization of the work and a strategy that follows the recommendation made by the MG of the RTP 10.14. The main points of the management are presented in this volume (V2) with the following chapters : - the Administration and Management Structure of the Consortium (V2.2), presenting the organization of the consortium; - the RTP Management (V2.3), presenting the details about the sharing of the work and the cooperation between each partner, as well as a description of the main facilities to be used; - the Schedule of the project (V2.4), which defines the period for the progress reports and the meetings, and the main milestone dates. - the Capabilities and technical experience (V2.5), giving a general description of the experience of each partner in the field of the attributed WPs. - the Management documentation (V2.6), giving a description on how the documentation is managed, and on rules and procedures related to the documentation production.
