The paper is devoted to representation of a model of an information technology for automation of diagnostic analysis of cytological specimens of patient with lymphatic system tumors. The main contribution is implementation of the model by algebraic means. The theoretical base of the model is the Descriptive Approach to Image Analysis. The paper demonstrates a practical application of its algebraic tools - it is shown how to construct a model of a technology for automation of diagnostic analysis of cytological specimens using Descriptive Image Algebras.

Abstract

The paper is devoted to representation of a model of an information technology for automation of diagnostic analysis of cytological specimens of patient with lymphatic system tumors. The main contribution is implementation of the model by algebraic means. The theoretical base of the model is the Descriptive Approach to Image Analysis. The paper demonstrates a practical application of its algebraic tools - it is shown how to construct a model of a technology for automation of diagnostic analysis of cytological specimens using Descriptive Image Algebras.
