The outer and inner valence shells of ZnCl, are investigated by gas-phase synchrotron radiation photoemission. The branchingratios for the outer valence levels are reported in the photon energy region between 40 and 60 eV. The inner valence spectralfeatures are observed for the first time. The most intense spectral structures of this region are assigned either to states with maincharacter of Cl 3s or to Zn 3d satellites.

Abstract
The outer and inner valence shells of ZnCl, are investigated by gas-phase synchrotron radiation photoemission. The branchingratios for the outer valence levels are reported in the photon energy region between 40 and 60 eV. The inner valence spectralfeatures are observed for the first time. The most intense spectral structures of this region are assigned either to states with maincharacter of Cl 3s or to Zn 3d satellites.File in questo prodotto:
