Starting from a Thermodynamic prevision of the behaviour of a stratospheric balloon 'zero pressure' .to have an effective system, it is necessary to own during the ascent and the descent phase, we present a a certain lot of informations most possibly software development plan for verifying the foreseen coherent with the status of the environment parameters, with the possibility of an intervention on where the balloon act. some of the on-board sub-systems (i.e. ballast and valves) for the real time management of a balloon flight. The necessary informations could be summarized as follow: The software provides the following capabilities: 1 Provide real time tracking data of the balloon trajectory on a editorial cartographic system; 2 Display both analogical and digital altitude and vertical speed data; 3 Define prior to launch the expected trajectory and relevant ground impact points, to assess the launch parameters versus over flied territory; 4- Uplink during the flight (off-line mode) updated dynamic atmosphere data versus the balloon real position; 5- Define the descent trajectories with parachute versus the mass variation; 6- Monitor check and control other strategic functions to manage the stratospheric balloon trajectories
