Abstract

This is a work-in-progress report about the Cow-suite tool currently under development for automating CoWTeST (Cost Weighted Test Strategy) an original strategy for selecting and prioritarising test cases. The tool supports mangers to schedule and make cost estimates of the integration test stages since the early phases of development. The derivation of test cases is based on the software analysis and design documentation, and uses the UML-based original test methodology UIT, User Interaction Test. We describe the tool architecture and show the provided feature through an example of application to a real case study with some result
