In this work, zeolites of different size have been modified and included in Teflon AF 1600. The transport properties of the resulting dense, defect-free mixed matrix membranes have been determined by gas permeation experiments. Small size crystals determine an increase of permeability at the expenses of selectivity, indicating the presence around the crystals of a shell of polymer with larger free volume.
