Mass selective one color resonant enhanced two photon ionization has been used to study spectroscopy and reactivity of small clusters of 4-fluorostyrene with several solvent molecules (C 2 H 5 NH 2, (C 2 H 5)2 NH and CH 3 OH). It has been demonstrated that dissociative proton- (DPT) and electron transfer (DET) as well as fragmentation processes occur in small cluster ions. In particular, it has been shown that the ion chemistry of 4-fluorostyrene- C 2 H 5 NH 2 and 4-fluorostyrene- (C 2 H 5)2 NH clusters is dominated by DPT and DET respectively.

Abstract
Mass selective one color resonant enhanced two photon ionization has been used to study spectroscopy and reactivity of small clusters of 4-fluorostyrene with several solvent molecules (C 2 H 5 NH 2, (C 2 H 5)2 NH and CH 3 OH). It has been demonstrated that dissociative proton- (DPT) and electron transfer (DET) as well as fragmentation processes occur in small cluster ions. In particular, it has been shown that the ion chemistry of 4-fluorostyrene- C 2 H 5 NH 2 and 4-fluorostyrene- (C 2 H 5)2 NH clusters is dominated by DPT and DET respectively.File in questo prodotto:
