Multilayers and co-evaporated films of C60 and donor-like molecules as ?-sexithiophene (T6) and Me-Phthalocyanine (MePC) have been deposited in UHV by means of molecular beam deposition (O-MBD). The photogeneration of charge transfer states have been investigated by means of photoinduced absorption, photoluminescence and photoconductivity measurements in the framework of possible developments of these systems both as photovoltaic devices and as optical limiting. In the case of MePC the peculiar matching of the chemical potentials of the two molecules (C60) and MePC) give rice to a weak charge transfer in the N.I.R. observable also as a new absorption at about 1 eV.
