vThe aim of the present work was to study the influence of cobalt on the devitrification processes for (Fel-xCoxh3.SSi I3.SB9CU I Nb3 (x= 0, 0.068, 0.4, 0.5, 0.95, 1.0) amorphous alloy ribbons, obtained by melt-spinning. The magnetic and structural characterisation was carried out on samples which had undergone heat treatments at temperatures up to 700°C. Particular attention was given to the sample with the highest concentration of Co. The evolution of the coercive field with annealing temperature gives us an understanding of the crystallisation dynamics of these samples.

Abstract

vThe aim of the present work was to study the influence of cobalt on the devitrification processes for (Fel-xCoxh3.SSi I3.SB9CU I Nb3 (x= 0, 0.068, 0.4, 0.5, 0.95, 1.0) amorphous alloy ribbons, obtained by melt-spinning.
