The effect of the fabrication parameters, namely the injection pressure and crucible-wheel distance, on the amorphous and nanocrystalline state of the Fe73.sTa3CulSi13.5B9 alloy, obtained by melt spinning, has been analysed by measuring the influence of those parameters on the magnetic properties: coercivity, magnetisation work and saturation magnetostriction. The different nanocrystalline alloys obtained by subsequent thermal treatments show an improvement of the soft magnetic behaviour. Such an improvement depends significantly on the fabrication parameters of the precursor amorphous material.

Abstract
The effect of the fabrication parameters, namely the injection pressure and crucible-wheel distance, on the amorphous and nanocrystalline state of the Fe73.sTa3CulSi13.5B9 alloy, obtained by melt spinning, has been analysed by measuring the influence of those parameters on the magnetic properties: coercivity, magnetisation work and saturation magnetostriction. The different nanocrystalline alloys obtained by subsequent thermal treatments show an improvement of the soft magnetic behaviour. Such an improvement depends significantly on the fabrication parameters of the precursor amorphous material.File in questo prodotto:
