In Turco: Kimyasal Langevin Denklemi (KLD) kimyasal reaksiyonlar?n stokastik modellemesi için yararl? bir yakla??kl?k betimlemektedir. KLD'ye dayal? ?-atlama algoritmas?, sistemdeki her reaksiyonu her molekülün mevcut konsantrasyonunu korudu?u kabul edilebilecek ?ekilde çok kez ate?leyerek, reaksiyon sistemindeki her molekülün miktar?n? ? peryodu ile güncellemektedir. KLD'deki Brown hareketinin yerine Levy uçu?u konmas?yla KLD'nin daha çabuk yak?nsamas? beklenebilir. Bu çal??ma laktuloz hidrolizi s?ras?ndaki enzimatik transgalaktosilasyon reaksiyonunu betimleyen ayr?nt?l? kinetik model örne?i üzerinde ?-atlama'da Gauss yerine alfa (Levy)-kararl? art?mlar?n kullan?labilece?ini göstermektedir.

Substituting the Brownian motion in the CLE with a Levy flight, one might expect the CLE to converge more rapidly. This work shows that alpha (Levy)-stable increments can be used in ?-leaping, demonstrating it with the example of a detailed kinetic model describing the enzymatic transgalactosylation reaction during lactulose hydrolysis.
