Una prima analisi delle relazioni tra alcuni polimorfismi genetici e la malattia cerebrovascolare ischemica

Arterial thrombosis is a complex disorder and involves multiple factors related to atherosclerosis, thrombosis and fibrinolysis, that interact to produce the characteristic phenotype. Recent studies have identified new risk factors and the interest in the effects of genetic factors is growing more and more. The aim of this work is to present the initial results of a statistical analysis carried out to study the association between the risk of cerebral ischemia, some common polymorphisms of F-V, F-II, MTHFR, t-PA and PAI-1 genes and some factors of the fibrinolytic system.
