GC/MS anal. of Bulgarian Crataegus oxyacantha ethanol exts. of flowers, flowers and leaves and fruits are performed for the first time. The results obtained revealed presence of new for Crataegus sp. components of different biogenetic pathway. New mono-, sesqui-, di- and triterpenoid components (like linalool, linalyl propionate, alpha -terpineol, alpha -farnesene, hexahydrofarnesyl acetone, aciphyllene, phytol oleanene diol, 24-methylenecycloartanol, ursolic acid Me ester, ursenal, ursene-3,28 diol); new sterol components: stigmasterol, stigmasterol acetate, fucosterol, campesterol, gamma -sitosterol; new meroterpenoids (besides alpha -tocopherol), beta gamma delta -tocopherols: new Ph propanoids: 2-Ph ethanol, benzyl alc., benzoic acid, 4-methoxy benzoic acid, Et nicotinate; new fatty acids derivs.: amides and monoglycerides; di-Et malonate, di-Et succinate. GC/MS anal. on different columns and TMS-derivs. of the samples were use to achieve better identification of the Crataegus exts. constituents.

Abstract
GC/MS anal. of Bulgarian Crataegus oxyacantha ethanol exts. of flowers, flowers and leaves and fruits are performed for the first time. The results obtained revealed presence of new for Crataegus sp. components of different biogenetic pathway. New mono-, sesqui-, di- and triterpenoid components (like linalool, linalyl propionate, alpha -terpineol, alpha -farnesene, hexahydrofarnesyl acetone, aciphyllene, phytol oleanene diol, 24-methylenecycloartanol, ursolic acid Me ester, ursenal, ursene-3,28 diol); new sterol components: stigmasterol, stigmasterol acetate, fucosterol, campesterol, gamma -sitosterol; new meroterpenoids (besides alpha -tocopherol), beta gamma delta -tocopherols: new Ph propanoids: 2-Ph ethanol, benzyl alc., benzoic acid, 4-methoxy benzoic acid, Et nicotinate; new fatty acids derivs.: amides and monoglycerides; di-Et malonate, di-Et succinate. GC/MS anal. on different columns and TMS-derivs. of the samples were use to achieve better identification of the Crataegus exts. constituents.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
