It has been suggested that post-transplant development of donor-specific antibodies (DSA) represents a negative prognostic factor in kidney transplantation. This study analysed the impact of post-transplant HLA- and MICA-DSA on kidney graft outcome. A 16-year monitoring of HLA-DSA was performed on 448 kidney transplanted patients by flow cytometric techniques.
