In this paper the temporal abundance trend of two cephalopods species, Octopus vulgaris Cuvier, 1797 and Eledone cirrhosa (Lamark, 1798) related to ten years of trawl surveys are shown. The data were recorded during the GRUND (Evaluation of demersal resources in the Italian Sea) national project from 1994 to 2004.
