The aim of the volume is to report on the recent theoretical and experimental results on the quantum behaviour of superconducting nano- electronics devices wheret the possibility of the manipulation of quantum states without significant loss of coherence have been discussed. Such proposals are considered for implementation of various schemes for coherent information processing and quantum computation.
