Architecture modelling is a relevant aspect of the design of office information systems, as it focuses on the representation of computer system architectures that can be used in realizing the office system being designed. We address the problem of architecture specification, and introduce a model for describing office information systems architectures. The model relies on a knowledge base where hardware and software components are organized, together with the knowledge for combining the components into architectures.

Abstract
Architecture modelling is a relevant aspect of the design of office information systems, as it focuses on the representation of computer system architectures that can be used in realizing the office system being designed. We address the problem of architecture specification, and introduce a model for describing office information systems architectures. The model relies on a knowledge base where hardware and software components are organized, together with the knowledge for combining the components into architectures.File in questo prodotto:
