We report the activity on the optimization of the superconductive properties of the 1212 Sr-based cuprates, with general formula CuSr2(Y,R)Cu2Ow, through chemical substitution. Other substitutions on the Y site with trivalent cations (Gd3+, Er3+, Eu3+) have been successfully done under high hydrostatic pressure (30-40 kbars) in presence of internal oxidant (KClO3, 1:0,45 molar ratio); the purity of the phase is > 90 %.
