An experimental apparatus capable to perform Raman spectroscopy with a sub-diffraction spatial resolution is presented. Based on a home made near-field scanning optical microscope two different experimental configurations have been exploited in order to maximize the Raman signal. Test measurements on organic crystal material, were performed in both the experimental configurations in order to assess the lateral resolution.
