The simulation with simple functions of VCG signals from normal adolescent subjects is discussed. The P- and T-waves are simulated with asymmetric gaussians, the QRS-complex with a cosine modulated decreasing exponential, 39 parameters being required for the simulation of Frank's 3-line system. The average values of the parameters calculated in 30 cases are reported and discussed along with their orelated standard deviations. No appreciable differences exist between the experimental VCG and simulated tracings. Experimental tracings and reconstructed tracings using the simulating functionso are also shown and compared.

Abstract
The simulation with simple functions of VCG signals from normal adolescent subjects is discussed. The P- and T-waves are simulated with asymmetric gaussians, the QRS-complex with a cosine modulated decreasing exponential, 39 parameters being required for the simulation of Frank's 3-line system. The average values of the parameters calculated in 30 cases are reported and discussed along with their orelated standard deviations. No appreciable differences exist between the experimental VCG and simulated tracings. Experimental tracings and reconstructed tracings using the simulating functionso are also shown and compared.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
