Two written proposals were submitted and lengthily discussed during the 2008 meetings of the Technical Working Group on updating the Codes. ? Proposal to amend the seatbelt anchorage performance test: DLG (Germany), ? Seat belt anchorage performance test: Cemagref (France) and Coordinating Center. This document follows the discussions that took place in October during the Lincoln WG meeting, taking into account concerns pointed out by Italy-Turin about cases of seatbelts with or without rolling mechanism.
