Abstract
The lidar fluorosensor apparatus available at ENEA Frascati has been used for a series of laboratory measurements of the photosynthetic electron transport in maize plants. The system, recently upgraded with a short pulse Nd:YAG laser, has been rearranged to test a new technique based on laser pump (XeCl) and probe (Nd:YAG) excitation efficiency. Experimental results are presented and compared to those obtained by a PAM fluorometerFile in questo prodotto:
