Abstract

Organic Electrochemical transistors are of great interest for their applications as biosensor devices. Within the blossoming activity in this field our contribution here we show promising recent examples of application in sensing and biosensing based on the properties of electrolytes of increasing complexity. Due to the strong architecture analogy these device are particularly suitable to be integrated into the organic memristor technology.
