The production of zinc atoms in multiphoton dissociation of zinc dialkyls is probed via the resonance-enhanced multiphoton ionization technique. Asymmetric power-dependent broadening of resonant line profiles is observed. The dependence of resonant zinc ion yield is analyzed as a function of wavelength and intensity of laser field. Evidence is obtained that the dissociative production of ground state zinc atoms is suppressed with increasing laser intensity. © 1993.

Abstract
The production of zinc atoms in multiphoton dissociation of zinc dialkyls is probed via the resonance-enhanced multiphoton ionization technique. Asymmetric power-dependent broadening of resonant line profiles is observed. The dependence of resonant zinc ion yield is analyzed as a function of wavelength and intensity of laser field. Evidence is obtained that the dissociative production of ground state zinc atoms is suppressed with increasing laser intensity. © 1993.File in questo prodotto:
