Ultraviolet-excimer laser photoproducts of the aluminum alkyls TIBA, TEA, and TMA are identified. Aluminum atoms and AlH molecules are major products obtained from TIBA and TEA, but for TMA, AIH is not a major photo product at 248 nm.
