The magnetic properties of CoGa2O4 have been studied by neutron diffraction (determination of spin-spin correlations) and low field susceptibility measurements on powders. A spin-glass behaviour is observed (Tf = 10 K at v= 19X Hz) due to competition between ferromagnetic n.n. and antiferromagnetic n.n.n. interactions.
