Ignitor is a compact high field fusion experiment under design in Italy. The vacuum system design for the experiment must take into account the complexity of the required plasma parameters, together with the introduction and recovery of the D-T gas mixture injected into the vessel. The design guidelines and the expected performances of the vacuum and tritium systems are described.
