The identification of miRNA targets is one of the actual major aim in molecular biology. The crucial role, played by these molecules in the post-transcriptional gene expression control, has attracted the consideration of many scientist. The miRNA expression profiles provide a powerful support for the characterization of new molecular biomarker of diseases. The development of microarray technologies, specific for miRNAs, has allowed to obtain a mirnomic profile for different organisms or for different human pathologies.
