Experimental observation of microwave bright envelope solitons of dipolar magnetostatic surface waves is reported. Both time domain analysis and input-output microwave power measurements have been exploited to detect such magnetostatic surface wave solitons in the pure dipolar regime. Possible applications of the observed nonlinear effect in microwave signal processing are outlined.
