The temperature dependence of the charge recombination kinetics in the reaction center complex isolated from the photosynthetic thermophilic bacterium Chloroflexus aurantiacus has been studied between 280 and 340K. Data are analyzed wilhin the context of a dual-pathway reaction scheme. The enthalpy and entropy changes associated to electron transfer between the primary and lhe secondary estimrated.
