ASPETTI SOCIALI E URBANISTICI NELLA CAGLIARI DEI PRIMI DECENNI DEL XV SECOLO

The years between the four-teenth and fifteenth centuries are crucial for socio cultural and in-stitutional changes. Castell de Càller, during the first decades of the fifteenth century, enjoys a new period, trying to rebuild and develop its own social and city planning character. In attempt to reconstruct the dynamics we analyze some data on botigie and housing, starting to outline a rich socio urban framework. The ini-tial analysis highlighted the po-tential of research, regarding, over the historical aspects, any development that going beyond the usual scientific aspects.

Gli anni a cavallo tra il XIV e il XV secolo sono cruciali per mu-tamenti socio culturali e istitu-zionali. Castell de Càller, duran-te le prime decadi del XV seco-lo, vive una nuova fase, tentando di ricostruire e sviluppare una propria fisionomia urbanistica e sociale. Per tentare di ricostruire le dinamiche si analizzano alcuni dati sulle botigie e sulle abita-zioni, iniziando, così, a delineare un quadro socio urbanistico ric-co. L'analisi iniziale ha posto in luce le potenzialità della ricerca, considerando, oltre gli aspetti storici, anche eventuali sviluppi che vanno oltre i consueti aspetti scientifici.
